Listro is a productivity application developed and operated by Rahul Shekhawat, sole proprietor of Diveno Labs, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

If there is a conflict, the written project agreement controls that project.

Diveno Labs owns or licenses the website design, branding, text, product materials, logos, screenshots, code, service names, and original visual assets unless otherwise stated. Third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.

AI-led outputs, catalog visuals, mockups, and generated assets may depend on project inputs, third-party tools, platform rules, and usage constraints. Clients are responsible for reviewing final materials before commercial use and ensuring that submitted inputs do not violate third-party rights.
