• Network Activity: The App accesses the internet to fetch wallpaper images from the Pexels API and Diveno-hosted wallpaper metadata from GitHub.

The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Storage / Photos: To save wallpapers to your device's Gallery where required, especially on older Android versions.
• Internet and network state: To download high-quality wallpaper images and check network availability.
• Set Wallpaper: To apply images directly to your Home or Lock screen.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Auth and Firestore (included app services that may support app features)
• Pexels API (source for searchable and curated wallpaper images)
• GitHub raw content (source for Diveno Favorites / Founder's Collection metadata)

5. Content & Copyright Disclaimer

Wallpapers displayed in this App may be provided via the Pexels API or Diveno-hosted metadata. We do not claim ownership of third-party images. Images remain the property of their respective photographers or rights holders and are used under the applicable license or source terms. If you believe any content violates your copyright, please contact us immediately for removal.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LiquidWall or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of—or inability to access or use—the App. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Policy will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
