1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the LiquidWall mobile application ("App," "Service," or "Liquid Wallpapers"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form an agreement between you and Diveno Labs. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

LiquidWall is an Android wallpaper application for discovering, saving, editing, and applying wallpapers to your device. The App may include Pexels-powered search and curated feeds, Diveno Favorites / Founder's Collection metadata, Daily Mix, favorites, categories, image cache, Liquid Studio gradient generation, text tools, and direct wallpaper application features.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request permissions needed to provide its core features, including internet access to fetch wallpapers, storage or photos access to save wallpapers, and wallpaper-setting access to apply images to your Home screen or Lock screen. You may manage permissions through your Android device settings.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

Wallpaper images may be provided through third-party services, including the Pexels API, and through Diveno-hosted metadata served from GitHub raw content. Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Auth, and Firebase Firestore may be included for app distribution, anonymous usage insights, and app features. Your use of these third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

5. Content and Copyright

Diveno Labs does not claim ownership of wallpapers provided through Pexels or other third-party sources. Images remain the property of their respective photographers or rights holders and are used under the applicable license or source terms. If you believe content in the App violates your rights, contact us and we will review removal requests promptly.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, redistribute third-party content in violation of applicable licenses, or use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Features, wallpaper sources, and third-party integrations may change as the App improves or as external services change their availability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every wallpaper or third-party service will always be available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diveno Labs and the App developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, device issues, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
