Listro
Account & Data Deletion
Effective Date: May 9, 2026
This page explains how users of Listro, developed by Diveno Labs, can delete their account access and associated app data.
Delete your data inside the app
If you still have Listro installed, open the app and go to Settings > Delete Account & Data. This deletes your local tasks, projects, preferences, scheduled reminders, and Google Drive backup access from the device.
Request deletion after uninstalling
If you no longer have access to the app, send an account/data deletion request to:
Email: care@divenolabs.in
Please include:
- The subject line: Listro Account and Data Deletion Request
- The Google account email you used for Listro backup, if any
- A short confirmation that you want your Listro-associated data deleted
What Diveno Labs can delete
- Any Listro support or deletion-request records associated with your email
- Any beta tester or entitlement records associated with your email, if present
- Diagnostic records that can reasonably be associated with your request
What stays under your control
Listro is local-first. Your tasks and projects are stored on your device, not on Diveno Labs servers. If you enabled Google Drive backup, the backup is stored in your own Google Drive app data folder. You can remove it from the app using Settings > Delete Account & Data, or from Google Drive by removing Listro's hidden app data in your Google account settings.
Deletion timeline
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 business days. Some limited records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, or compliance obligations.
